💫 An assessment: I will get to know your individual needs with a 60 minute assessment of your current breathing patterns and related health concerns.

💫 A Customised Practice developed over the 3 x 45 minute online sessions:  Engage in movement and breathing exercises specifically designed to correct any dysfunction in your breathing, posture, stress response and your nervous system regulation. 

💫 Support: Receive 30 days of guidance and support via WhatsApp (M-F 9am-12pm) to help you integrate these practices into your daily life.
